CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Please try the shoes on carpeted surfaces.
Once shoes are worn outdoors or on concrete and the bottom sole is scraped, the item is not returnable.

You may return product for any reason within 7 days of the original purchase date to receive a full merchandise refund. Merchandise must be returned and received unworn, in the original packaging, with the original shipping invoice.

Complete the Return Form below to initiate your return request. A Return & Exchange form is also added for your convenience with the order invoice when it is shipped.. Should you choose to fill this form, make sure you include the invoice and the return form, with the item for return.

MAKE SURE YOU FULFILL ALL RETURN CONDITIONS, PER OUR POLICY

STEP 2

Your return shipment must be sent within 15 days of receipt of your order.
Returned shoes must be unused and unworn and in resalable condition.
You must return the shoes the way you received them. Place the shoelaces in their original position (if applicable), include the supporting paper (if applicable), put the shoes back in the protective bags/paper (if applicable) and include all items in the original shoe box.
A separate carton must be used for your return shipment. You may not use the shoe box, as a shipping box. We recommend using our original carton for returning your order.

STEP 3

The return form needs to be completed. If the return form is not completed, your return might be refused.
Make sure someone is present to hand over the return package to Delhivery at the arranged date & time.
Trace your return shipment (www.delhivery.com) by means of the tracking number that is mentioned on the return label.

THIS IS HOW A REFUND WORKS:

Upon receipt of your return shipment, 24 business hours need to be considered for our warehouse to process your return.
During processing, we will check to ensure that all return conditions are fulfilled.
We will initiate your refund request in our system, once all the conditions are met to our satisfaction.
An email is sent to you to confirm that your return was processed and that a refund is ready to be made.
A refund to your original payment method will be completed within 16 business hours.
