WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship all over India, so wherever your location is, we deliver your shoes to the delivery address provided at the placement of your order online.

IS THERE AN ESTIMATED TIME OF THE DAY THAT THE COURIER IS EXPECTED TO BE DELIVERED

The Courier is generally delivered during business hours as defined by the Courier company services. It is best that if there is designated person to sign to acknowledge receipt and accept the delivery when it arrives.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE

We process your order within 24 hours of order confirmation. This is the handling time of our warehouse. Normally the product will be delivered within 4 business days anywhere in India. A tracking ID will be provided for you to track your order. The maximum time for delivery for a product is 7 business days after order confirmation.

WHY IS THERE NO TRACKING DETAIL GIVEN ON YOUR WEBSITE?

When the package is travelling within the logistic network, only limited tracking detail will be shown on the website. This is because the tracking details are controlled by the logistic/courier service. If you are unable to track your package after the estimated delivery time, please contact us. Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not included in handling time.

WOULD YOU DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO A THIRD PARTY , IN CASE THE CUSTOMER IS NOT AT HOME?

Our logistic partners have the right to deliver to a third party (like neighbors, receptions, lobbies, caretakers, janitors, etc.) at their discretion, if the responsible party is not present to sign for receipt at the given delivery address. Third party delivery is a contractual stipulation in logistic partner’s general conditions. We understand that our product asks for discretion and as much as we would want to avoid third party delivery to protect our customers, the issue is completely out of our control. The only thing we can recommend is to track your order very closely and to make sure that the responsible party is present to sign for receipt.

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE CAN NOT BE DELIVERED?

Our logistic/delivery partner will make 3 attempts to have the package delivered. So, if nobody is present to sign for receipt on the first delivery attempt, they will come back and make a second or third delivery attempt on a different working day. Our logistic partner will leave a message in your mailbox each time delivery failed or call you directly to the phone number provided. An email will also be sent to inform you about the delivery failure.

WHAT FACTORS CAN POSSIBLY DELAY MY SHIPMENT?

The most important factors that can delay a shipment are:

Customs issues (for non-EU shipments)
Public strikes
Remote delivery locations
Incorrect or incomplete address information
If the first 3 conditions applies to you, please excuse the inconvenience. These factors are totally out of our control and requires patience.

CAN I MAKE AN ADDRESS CORRECTION?

Our logistic/delivery team will charge an extra fee for any address correction or changes. However we may waive the fees, if you contact the courier service on time to inform them of any changes in the delivery address or information, this will help them to provide a seamless and timely delivery of your shipment. Contact the customer service of the Courier service and provide their rep your shipment tracking number and other details for a successful delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COURIER RETURNS MY PACKAGE?

Your ordered shoes are returned to ELEVATO Shoes if our logistic partner cannot deliver your package after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts or as the result of incorrect/incomplete address information. Upon receipt of the return package, a credit equal to the value of the returned shoes is made to your personal account. Place a new order on our website and the credit will be processed automatically during the checkout process.. An administrative fee of INR 400/- applies to all refund requests.

CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED BY POST?

Yes. Areas where the courier/delivery team do not provide service, the shipping will be carried by Indian speed post service.

Please note that CASH ON DELIVERY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE, if the delivery is carried by the Indian speed post service.

CAN I PAY CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) FOR MY ORDER?

We offer CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) payment wherever the service can be provided by our logistic team. Restrictions may apply to certain cities. Please ensure that COD option is available in your area before choosing COD as your payment option. You can easily achieve this by entering your PINCODE in the ‘Check Cash on Delivery availability’ section of our website.

Please note that COD IS NOT AVAILABLE if the package is delivered by regular Indian Speed Post services.
